Terms governing student account creation, guest preview access, educational usage rights, and curriculum guidelines.
1. Acceptance of Terms
A. Binding Agreement
By accessing or using the AlawiGAT training platform, website, Progressive Web Application (PWA), or associated Discord integration bots, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue using the platform.
2. Educational Disclaimer & Qiyas Independence
A. Independent Educational Resource
AlawiGAT is an independent, non-affiliated preparatory software platform. AlawiGAT is NOT affiliated with, sponsored by, authorized by, or endorsed by the National Center for Assessment (Qiyas), the Education and Training Evaluation Commission (ETEC), or the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Ministry of Education.
B. Educational Nature of Materials
All practice questions, sample sets, formula proofs, and CBT mock exam simulations are original synthetic training materials created for skill-building, mental math acceleration, and conceptual mastery.
C. No Guarantee of Official Examination Results
While our curriculum adheres to rigorous analytical standards, AlawiGAT makes no representation or warranty that use of our platform will guarantee specific score outcomes or college admission percentiles on official government examinations.
3. User Accounts, Verification & Guest Mode
A. Registration & Email Verification
To access full mock exams, custom study goals, and the Cognitive Mistake Engine, users must create an account and complete email verification. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
B. Guest Mode Limitations
Unauthenticated or guest visitors may access a restricted preview of 5 practice questions. To continue beyond the free guest preview, account creation is required. Bypassing guest limits through script manipulation or browser storage resetting is strictly prohibited.
C. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You agree to immediately notify AlawiGAT of any unauthorized access or security breaches.
4. Intellectual Property & Fair Use
A. Ownership of Materials
All custom geometric figures, LaTeX mathematical proofs, derivation formulas, UI designs, codebases, and audio-visual assets on AlawiGAT are the intellectual property of AlawiGAT and protected under Saudi and international copyright laws.
B. Personal, Non-Commercial License
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial educational preparation.
5. Prohibited Activities
A. Unauthorized Extraction & Scraping
You may not scrape, crawl, mirror, or bulk-export questions, answer keys, or lessons from our REST APIs (/api/questions, /api/lessons) or Supabase databases using automated bots, scripts, or spiders.
B. Interference with System Integrity
Attempting to inject malicious scripts, exploit API endpoints, bypass Row Level Security (RLS) constraints, or flood webhook channels is grounds for immediate permanent account ban and potential legal referral.
6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
A. Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
